Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Returns are subject to conditions: your item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept items returned without a return request.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us immediately so we can assess and correct the problem.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized products), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular item, please contact us.
We apologize, but we do not accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Our products come with a one-year warranty or replacement. If the item has faded or been damaged during shipping, please provide photos or videos, and you will receive a new product free of charge.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return it within 14 days without giving a reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your returned item whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company also needs time to process and post the refund.
